BASE SALARY: $90,126 to $119,412

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 2 years of Hospital Nurse Leadership experience
At least 2 years of CVICU experience
Holds an active MD RN license
BSN degree

Unit Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a 29-bed unit which cares for a wide variety of adult patients who are critically ill, including but not limited to neurologic, respiratory, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary as well as endocrine and other conditions.

Job Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager serves in a supportive role to the Nurse Manager. This role has responsibility for daily coordination of resources to ensure quality service to all patients and their families

Requirements:

Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
Basic Life Support and ACLS Certificate
2 Years or more of relevant CVICU experience
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required
At least 2 years of direct, relevant ICU experience
3 - 5 years of experience in Hospital Nurse Leadership
