OIM Technical Specialist - Remote Consultant

TITLE: OIM Technical Specialist
LOCATION:  REMOTE (client in New York City)
TYPE: Contract
DURATION:  12 months 


SUMMARY
  • Senior technical resource responsible for identity lifecycle management, access governance, cloud IAM integrations, application onboarding, troubleshooting, architecture, modernization, and migration of legacy IAM capabilities toward cloud-based identity governance solutions.
  • The individual should be capable of designing solutions, leading complex troubleshooting efforts, performing root-cause analysis, and providing technical direction to other engineers.
  • Ability to bridge the organization's existing OIG/OAM environment with its future cloud identity and Oracle Access Governance strategy.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM, migrating or modernizing OIG/OIM functionality toward Oracle Access Governance or other cloud IGA platforms.
  • Independently own complex IAM problems spanning legacy Oracle IAM, cloud IAM, access governance, directories, middleware, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain OIG connectors, application integrations, scheduled jobs, reconciliation processes, event handlers, adapters, and workflows.
  • Develop and support custom integrations using Java, scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle IAM APIs.
  • Experience deploying cloud based AOB connectors (Azure, SCIM), DBAT, LDAP, AD, Workday, PeopleSoft connectors.
  • Oracle Access Governance Experience/Exposure [Implement and administer, configure identity and access data ingestion from enterprise and cloud systems, design and manage access review and certification campaigns, support application onboarding].
