ROLE:
- As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you’ll help shape a high‑performing, collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to delivering safe, top‑quality medication management across every stage of care.
- You’ll oversee daily operations, guide and grow talented caregivers, champion medication safety, and ensure our practices meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards.
- If you’re energized by mentoring others, optimizing workflows, elevating patient safety, and supporting innovative pharmacy technologies—this role offers the perfect blend of impact and advancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered
- 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD
- Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance
- 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
