HOSPITAL: 330‑bed, Joint Commission-accredited post-acute facility
OPEN POSITION for a Nurse Manager, LTC to lead our client’s dedicated teams in a 42‑bed subacute rehab floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee safe, age-appropriate care, aligned with National Patient Safety Goals
- Directly supervise the Assistant Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams
- Foster teamwork, mentor staff, and promote unit excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Someone with great leadership skills, personable (must be able to speak to families and staff).
- Someone who leads by example for the team.
- RN with Maryland license + CPR (BLS) certification
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN/national certification preferred
- 5–7 years in LTC or subacute rehab nursing, including management experience
