IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  •  5+ years of product marketing management needed within a regulated industry. Healthcare or life sciences product marketing experience preferred but food or chemical industry experience will be considered. 
  • Must have experience with marketing segmentation and product lifecycle management experience required. Product launch planning/execution experience strongly preferred. Candidates who have mainly promotional material, campaign, digital marketing experience are not a fit for this role. 
  • Travel in the United States is up to 30%  at the high end for this role 

SUMMARY:
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will lead Core Tubes portfolio within the U.S. Specimen Management platform, driving revenue growth and reinforcing the firm’s market leadership—particularly for the one of the firms most strategic product lines.  A novel device that collects lab-quality blood samples from the patient fingertip, without the need for phlebotomy
  • This role requires a strong customer focus and strategic mindset to develop and execute multi-year marketing plans that deliver sustainable differentiation, profitability, and customer value.
  • You will collaborate across regional and global teams to build competitive strategies grounded in customer insights, market analysis, and innovation—while demonstrating leadership, creativity, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Leadership: Own all aspects of product management for the Core Tubes portfolio, including forecasting, financial planning, pricing, lifecycle management, and promotional activities.
  • Customer-Centric Growth: Develop compelling value propositions, identify customer needs, and create training programs to support sales teams and enhance customer engagement.
  • Regional Marketing & Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to deliver impactful marketing programs, launch management, and field training that drive adoption and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Build and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies—including pricing, positioning, branding, and resource allocation—leveraging data-driven insights and the firm’s marketing excellence framework.
  • Tactical Execution: Deliver high-quality marketing collateral, demand forecasts, and competitive analyses; manage multiple priorities with speed and precision.
  • Innovation & Creativity: Identify new product opportunities and develop creative marketing tactics to differentiate the firm in the marketplace.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop KDG dashboards that synthesize data from multiple sources, enabling actionable insights to optimize performance annually and across strategic planning cycles.
  • Leadership & Influence: Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
  • Domestic travel up to 30%.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of business experience, including 5+ years in marketing or product management required. Healthcare or life sciences marketing experience preferred.
  • Depth of marketing expertise in segmentation and lifecycle management experience required. Product launch planning/execution experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven strategic thinking capability with experience in pricing, positioning, branding, and resource optimization required.
  • Strong tactical skills, including spreadsheet proficiency, collateral development, forecasting, and competitive analysis required.
  • Demonstrated creativity in marketing tactics and problem-solving required.
  • Leadership potential with ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a high-growth environment required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Track record of continuous learning and adaptability required.
