IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Seeking An experienced Candidate that is passionate about the culture and working for an Independent Facility!
  • Will lead a team of 3 Credentialing Specialists, working alongside the Chief of Staff and Chief Medical Officer.   

DETAILS:
  • Our Customer, an independent, not-for-profit health system in Colorado is eagerly looking for a Director of Medical Staff Services. 
  • We are looking of an experienced Director of Medical Staff Services to oversee the staff services department at a medical facility or chain of medical facilities.
  • Your responsibilities in this career include ensuring the proper credentialing and privileges for physicians and other medical staff in a health care facility.

MINIMUM REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field. Preferred: Master's degree.
    Required Licensure/Certification:
  • Dual certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services as a CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Staff Management) and CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist).
  • 5 years’ experience managing credentials verification office and Medical Staff Services department.
